WHAT WE TAKE DOWN
Four jobs, one truck, gone the same visit. If it comes down by hand and loads on our truck, it’s our kind of work.
DECK DEMOLITION
Small decks, porches, and steps, torn down board by board and hauled away. We pull the decking, framing, and posts, load every scrap, and leave the yard clean — no lumber pile, no nail-strewn grass for you to deal with.
SHED DEMOLITION
Small sheds and outbuildings, taken down and hauled — the structure and the contents debris both. Old metal shed, tired wooden shed, storm-battered outbuilding: we bring it down safely by hand and the whole thing leaves on the truck.
PLAYSET REMOVAL
Swing sets, play structures, and trampolines the kids have outgrown. We dismantle them piece by piece — metal, wood, or plastic — and haul everything away, anchors and all, so the yard is just yard again.
LIGHT DEMOLITION WORK
Small interior tear-outs, done by hand: cabinets and countertops, flooring, shelving, and other non-load-bearing removals. The kind of careful tear-out that clears a room for its next life without touching the structure of your house.

One price, in writing, covering the teardown AND the haul-away. That’s the price. It doesn’t change when we arrive, and there are no separate “demolition” and “disposal” surprises stacked on top of each other.
We tear it down by hand.
Hand tools and small power tools — no excavator, no heavy machinery chewing up your yard, your driveway, or your septic lines. Careful work, the way you’d do it yourself if you had the time and a truck.
Debris gone the same visit.
Everything we take down goes straight onto our truck. We sweep the site before we leave, and what’s left behind is clean, usable space — not a debris pile with our name on it.
WHAT WE DON’T DO — AND WE’LL TELL YOU STRAIGHT
Light demolition is the job, and only the job. Being clear about the edges saves everybody a wasted phone call:
- No heavy demolition. No houses, no barns, no large structures.
- No garage demolition. Garages of any size are not a job we take.
- No concrete work. No slabs, driveways, foundations, or footings — we don’t break it and we don’t haul it.
- Nothing that needs an excavator or a permit-level teardown. If it needs heavy machinery, it’s not our job.
Here’s our promise on the boundary: if your project is bigger than light demolition, we’ll tell you straight on the first call — we’d rather point you the right direction than take a job we shouldn’t. And if half your project is in our lane — say the shed comes down with us and the junk inside needs hauling too — that’s exactly the kind of job we do every week.
ONE JOB, ONE PRICE
Demolition is quoted by the job, not by the hour. Send us a photo — or we’ll come look — and you get the full price before any work starts: teardown, loading, hauling, and disposal in a single number, quoted under the same published-pricing approach we use for everything (our full price list, minimums from $100–$120 in our core towns up to $600 for a full load, is on our Pricing page). The bigger the structure and the more debris it makes, the bigger the quote — but you’ll know every dollar of it before you say go, and the number won’t move when we show up.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Do you haul the debris away too?
Yes — that’s the point of hiring us. Teardown and haul-away are one job and one price. Everything we take down goes on our truck the same visit, and we sweep the site before we leave.
Do I need a permit to remove a small shed or deck?
For small sheds and decks, usually no permit is needed just to remove one — but rules vary by county and town, and we’re not the permit office. When you call, we’ll tell you honestly what we know for your town, and if your situation needs a quick check with the county, we’ll say so before we start.
How long does a shed take?
Most small sheds and decks come down and load out in a few hours — half a day at the outside for a bigger wooden shed with contents. We tear down, load, and sweep in a single visit, so you’re not living with a half-demolished structure overnight.
What don’t you demolish?
Heavy demolition, garages, concrete, and anything that needs an excavator or heavy machinery. Our lane is small decks, small sheds and outbuildings, playsets, and light interior tear-outs — done by hand. If your project is outside that lane, we’ll tell you straight on the first call.
Do you use heavy machinery?
No. Hand tools and small power tools only. That’s deliberate: no excavator tracks across your lawn, no machine anywhere near your septic, well, or utility lines — and a small crew that can work in tight yards and close to the house without tearing up the property to save the structure.
