ESTATE CLEANOUT QUESTIONS
How much does an estate cleanout cost, and how does pricing work?
We price by how much space your items take in the truck, using our published price ladder: 1/8 load $200, 1/4 load $300, 1/2 load $450, 3/4 load $550, and a full load $600, with a local minimum of $100–$120. You get the full price upfront before we load a thing, with no hidden fees.
How fast can you come?

Do you donate usable items?
Yes, wherever possible. We sort what can be donated, repurposed, or recycled before anything goes to the landfill, so usable items get a second life instead of going to waste.
Do we need to be there?
No — you do not need to be there for the whole cleanout. Once we have walked through the property and agreed the price and what stays and what goes, we can clear it out and leave the property broom-clean for you.
What about extra labor if an estate needs a lot of sorting, packing, or bagging?
Most estate work is loading items that are ready to go, and that loading labor is included in the load price for the first 1 hour. But if the home needs sorting, packing, cabinets emptied, or loose items bagged before anything can be carried out, that preparation is separate: the bagging/prep service is $50 per half hour for the crew, starting when the prep starts, and it covers crew labor and the bags Jus Junk provides, never a separate charge for bags. We will quote it to you in full before we start, so there are no surprises.
