We beat National Junk Franchise Junk Removal, We have the same size 15 cyd truck but we are locally owned and do not have Franchise fees and we pass those saving on to our customers saving you money.
We give an allotment of 2 hours to fill the truck, We usually have the truck filled in in under 2 hours if you have it all ready to go. Anything over that time may have additional labor fee charges. Also, if we need to bag up lose junk or trash or any items, or if extensive sorting/packing is required, a $50.00 per 1/2 hour Labor fee will be charged in addition to the volume cost of the junk removal. If there is more than 1 flight or multiple flights of stairs then can be a surcharge from 50 to 200 depending on the amount.
We always advise if you are on a budget and want to save as much as possible have all your items brought down to a lower level or outside with all of your loose items bagged up, this will save you quite a bit, but if you are unable we are happy to provide the extra labor service.
We do charge a fee for heavier Construction /Renovation debris, sheetrock/drywall, lumber, woodpiles, misc, and cement/concrete are accepted but have weight surcharges ranging from $50.00-$200.00 per truckload. (depending on how heavy) We are charged by the weight for business per pound at the landfill.
